How do you feel about pasta?
For many years this food haven’t really been one of my favorites. But after working intensively with this material for a few weeks, I must admit that our relationship has changed for the better.
Experimenting with pasta and working with the process of mixing, kneading, folding, cooking and tasting was great fun. The 2nd semester of my Master offered the course “Food Design and structural analysis of meals and spaces”, which I found very interesting. We spend a week working with pasta and produced more than 500 different pastas, which varied in look, texture, function, shape and taste.
If you haven’t tried it yet, make your own pasta dough. You will be surprised how easy it is – and the taste is so much better!
